A: Dawn Breeze is a first aid kit supply company in China specializing in exporting wholesale first aid & medical supplies. We provide a great variety of products: wholesale first aid products, empty metal first aid boxes with custom imprints, medicine cabinets, medical bandages & tapes, home health care products, orthopedic supplies, safety signs and so on. Our products include but are not limited to the products listed on this website. We’ll keep updating product information. In addition, you’re always welcome to work with us to design, test and improve products. With us, you’ll enjoy one-stop sourcing service.
Q: Do you have private label options (Are you an OEM)?
A: Yes. We provide products tailored to your brand need. Either to print your logo or make the packaging of your own design, please send your request to get custom quotes.

Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes, we will provide samples with your requirements. Most samples will be provided for free. Exceptions include high-value products and those that need customization which incurs additional fees. The sample shipping fee will be charged. You can either pay us via PayPal or provide your courier account for freight collect.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our sales representative will reply to you and answer your questions about pricing, detailed product specifications, sample info and so on. After getting your instructions to place an order, we will send you a proforma invoice for your payment. Manufacturing is scheduled when we receive your deposit.
Q: What are the shipping options?
A: There are three basic options:
- FedEx/DHL/UPS for samples, Door to Door
- By air or by sea for batch goods; Airport/Port receiving;
- Customers specifying freight forwarders or negotiable shipping methods.
Q: What is your departing port?
A: Shanghai Port is our primary departing port. But it can be negotiated based on your requirement.
Q: What are the payment options?
A: We accept sample order payment via PayPal or T/T; for bulk orders, we accept payments through T/T, L/C, and Western Union.
Q: How long is the lead time?
A: In general, the lead time is 20 ~ 30 days. It may vary depending on the order quantity.
Q: Can I buy products from you if I don’t have a company?
A: Door to Door shipping is not recommended because expedited shipping fee of a wholesale order can be very expensive. To comply with your country’s regulations, we recommend you consult a local trading company specializing in import to see whether they provide the service to deal with import paperwork for you.
